Primary Collection of Cheats
Play as Akuma (Gouki)
For player one, highlight Morrigan, hold [Select], and press [Down]x3, [Left]x3, [A]. For player two, highlight Felicia, hold [Select] and enter [Down]x3, [Right]x3, [A].
Alternately, hold [L] + [B] at the character selection screen.
Play as Dan
For player one, highlight Morrigan, hold [Select], and press [Left]x3, [Down]x3, [A]. For player two, highlight Felicia, hold [Select], and press [Right]x3, [Down]x3, [A].
Alternately, hold [L] + [R] + [B] at the character selection screen.
Play as Devilot
Highlight Morrigan, hold [Select], and press [Left]x3, [Down]x3. Wait until the timer reaches ten seconds, then press [A]. For player two, highlight Felicia, hold [Select], and press [Right]x3, [Down]x3. Wait until the timer reaches ten seconds, then press [A].
Alternately, hold [R] + [B] at the character selection screen.
Play as Hsien-Ko (Lei Lei) paper talisman
For player one, highlight Morrigan and hold [Select], then highlight Hsien-Ko and press [A]. For player two, highlight Felicia and hold [Select], then highlight Hsien-Ko and press [A].
Play as Anita (Amanda)
For player one, highlight Morrigan, hold [Select], move the pointer to Donovan and press [A]. For player two, highlight Felicia, hold [Select], move the pointer to Donovan, and press [A].

Unlock all the "goodies" to view a staff photo.
Glitch: Intermissions
Watch either of these intermissions: Hsien-Ko and Dan or Ryu, Sakura and Dan. When Dan goes off screen, press [B]. You will see him at the opposite side.
Glitch: Alternate costume colors
Ken's and Chun Li's alternate costumes look strange in their big pictures, with the colors all wrong.
