Level select
Successfully complete the game in story mode. All levels will be unlocked, allowing the icons to unlock the bonus characters to be found.

Play as Angelica Pickles
Successfully complete the game in story mode. Play the game in story mode again and go to the very last level in stage 4. Go to the building were you can ride up the blue walls. Grind down the pole at the top to get Angelica.

Play as Conroy Blanc
On stage 2, in "Free Ride", go about halfway into the level, and stay to the left immediately after the first jump. You will see a log followed by two more logs. When you grind down the last one, you will get Conroy's head.

When you are in stage 2 or 3, there is a snow level. Go in the level. When you see the one hard log grind, do not go there -- just stay on the ground. You will see a long log grind. Grind there and a message stating that you got a new character will appear. After you finish the level, go in free play to find Conroy Blanc, the Madtown skate park owner.

Play as Eddy
On stage 1 in "Madtown", go into the tunnel. Get to the top of the stairs and you will see his mask/icon. Collect it and get third place or better to unlock Eddy, Prince Of The Nether World.

Play as Larz
Successfully complete the game in story mode. Play the game in story mode again and go to Mad Town. Go through the tunnel and turn left. Go to the step things next the half pipe. Jump to the top of the steps, grind on the railing, jump to the right, and his icon will be on the rail to the right (next to the star).

Play as Pi Piston
Successfully complete the game in story mode. Play the game in story mode again and go to the School. Go to the right and go up the little ramp. You will reach two ramps, one against the building and the other against the fence. Go up the ramp next to the building. There is a half pipe on the roof. Go up the half pipe and get the icon with his face on it.

Play as Ray Rocket
Successfully complete the game in story mode. Play the game in story mode again. Go to stage 4 and go to the dog bone. Go around the loop and you should get the icon.

Play as Sputz Ringley
Successfully complete the game in story mode. Play the game in story mode again and go to Bear Mountain. Jump through the bear's face.

Play as Tito Makani
Successfully complete the game in story mode. Play the game in story mode again and complete Tito's Challenge.

Play as Tommy Pickles
Go to the stadium level as any character and go to the loop-de-loop. Ride in it to see his icon and use the lightning bolt to go through to unlock Tommy Pickles from Rugrats.
