Unlock Leysritt and Saber Alter. Then select a character that has completed Arcade and use a Super to KO. Then, defeat Zero Lancer during Stage 6.
Leysritt
Complete Arcade mode with any character who has Berserker as their final opponent.
Alternately, complete Arcade mode five times.
Saber Alter
Unlock Leysritt, then complete Arcade mode with any character who has Gilgamesh as their final opponent.
Alternately, complete Arcade mode fifteen times.
Unlock Alternate Costumes
Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding costume:
Gilgamesh casual clothes - Unlock Zero Lancer, then complete Arcade mode as Gilgamesh (and defeat Zero Lancer).
Saber Lily - Complete Arcade mode as Saber Alter.
UC Content
Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding content:
Caster's Bone Servants - Complete Arcade mode twice as Caster.
Illya - Complete Arcade mode twice as Berserker.
Survival Mode
Complete Arcade mode as Bazett, Dark Saber, and Leysritt.

Unlock characters
Leysritt (Alternative way) - Finish Arcade mode 5 times.
