Unlockables
There are several ways to obtain characters, special modes and abilities, here's a list of them:
Alternate method of Unlocking GG Generations Mode: GGX Mode and GG Mode - Obtain 50% or 100% of the Arcade Gallery Artwork respectively.
To Play through EX Arcade/M.O.M. Mode - Unlock all EX Characters and hold [L2].
To Play through Gold Arcade/M.O.M. Mode - Unlock all Gold Characters and hold [L1].
To Play through Gold EX Arcade Mode - Unlock all Gold and EX, and hold [L1]+[L2] when starting Arcade/M.O.M. Modes.
To Select #Reload Versions of Unlocked Extra Slash Stages - Hold [R2] (Respect) Button over the Stage, and the title will turn Yellow (#R Stages are unlocked automatically with every Slash stage you unlock).
To Select Black Characters - Press [Respect] (R2) to toggle the "Reload Color" Option and Press "Dust" (R1).
To Select EX Characters - Press [Start], Select EX Option (Also use this method to access GG Generations Mode).
To Select Gold Characters - Press [Respect] (R2) to toggle the "Slash Color" Option and Press "Dust" (R1).
To Unlock all EX Characters/GG Generations Mode/Special Options - Beat all 30 Missions in Mission Mode.
To Unlock Gallery "Secrets" (Omake Extra Voice Actor Interviews) - Time Release (1 every few hours of gameplay or so).
To Unlock Justice - Beat at least 20 Missions in Mission Mode, or complete her Story Mode.
To Unlock Kliff - Beat at least 10 Missions in Mission Mode, or complete his Story Mode.
To Unlock Special Illustration 1 - Unlocks Automatically.
To Unlock Special Illustration 10 - Beat all of Survival Mode (Level 1000).
To Unlock Special Illustration 7 - Unlock all Gold/Black Characters.
To Unlock Special Illustration 8 - Obtain all Arcade Mode Gallery Artwork.
To Unlock Special Illustration 9 - Obtain all EX Arcade Mode Gallery Artwork.
To Unlock Special Illustrations 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 - Beat Survival Mode Level 500.
To Unlock specific EX Characters - Either Defeat the corresponding character's Black EX Form in Survival Mode, or play through at least one path of their Story Mode.
To Unlock specific Extra GGXX Slash Stages - Play through a certain path in a Corresponding Character's Story Mode (example: Play through Sol's Story Mode to fight Ky to unlock the Paris Stage).
To Unlock specific Gold/Black Characters - Either Defeat the corresponding character's Gold form in Survival Mode, or play through all that Character's Story Paths in Story Mode.
