First, you need to edit the config file. Make a backup first and then use Notepad to open it (located in "My Documents\UK Truck Simulator" folder). Find the following line:
Unset G Consol 1
and change 1 to 0. Save the changes and start the game. Press [~] while playing to bring up the console and use the following codes:
cheat money - Get £500.000.
