Garuga glitch
Do the "kill 20 velociprey" elder quest. This should unlock the garuga. Start the Garuga mission, then abandon. When it asks you to save, pop out the memory stick. This prevents the game from memorizing Garuga's health. He should be weak the next time you fight him. Kill him, then repeat until you get the parts you need.
