Hold [A] + [B] + [Analog-stick Down]
to go faster. You will get a better shot of getting the hole shot.
Note do not hold the buttons too long or your rider will fall.

Glitch: Bike havoc
Enable the "Gravity from Pluto" code, then
go to freestyle and choose any course. When the freestlye begins
instead of moving forward, lean to the right and hold [C-Down]
to do a pancake whip. If done correctly, the bike will have its
throttle stuck and run about everywhere while your biker flips
around in the air.
