Title Screen Codes
Use the codes at the "PRESS START BUTTON" dialog:
[Up], [X], [Left], [Y], [Right], [A], [Down], [B] - Unlock Gutsman.
Hints
Unlock Title Screen Stars
Green Star - Defeat all the Net Navi's including the secret Navi's.
Blue Star - Complete all Program Advances.
Red Star - Obtain all the Battle Chips.
Yellow Star - Complete the game for first time.
Unlock Shooting Star Rockman
Complete the ElecMan.EXE scenario. After this, you will be placed in the Shooting Star Rockman/ClockMan.EXE scenario. After completing this part of the game, Subaru Hoshikawa will give you the "Shooting Star Data," which will allow you to switch between Rockman EXE and Shooting Star Rockman in the "Rockman" menu.
