Music Player Drums
In the Caf Museum, before selecting a song for the music player, hold L and R while pressing A. This enables you to play drums with the song (the D-Pad, ABXY and LR buttons create different drum sounds.) To exit the player during this mode, you must press and hold L, R, and B at the same time for about three seconds.
Easy Quiz Perfect
It's possible to earn a Perfect in the unlockable Quiz minigame by intentionally getting the first practice question incorrect.
Exchange Flow Balls for Coins
Usually, Flow Balls unlock Rhythm Games from the shop. However, if you've already bought all the shop games, you will automatically receive 30 coins for each extra Flow Ball in your possession by talking to Saffron.
Unlock Mascots
While you are playing the game, you may notice Tibby in the bottom-right corner of the screen when the game is loading. However, you can obtain mascots to replace Tibby in the loading screens by feeding your goat to certain levels, every ten levels, up too 200.

Bertram - Get your goat to level 110.
Betty - Get your goat to level 120.
Boondog - Get your goat to level 10.
Colin - Get your goat to level 150.

Unlock Constant Perfect Challenges
Normally, Perfect Challenges are given randomly after a certain period of time. However, if you get a superb on all games (not including gatekeeper minigames or games you buy from the shop), as soon as a Perfect Challenge ends, you are given another immediately.
Unlock Saffron World and Saltwater World (Multiplayer!)
To unlock Saffron World in the challenge stages, you must complete the 'Coin Toss' trial on The First Gate (you can complete the trial with any of the three gatekeepers). To unlock Saltwater World in the challenge stages, you must complete all the challenges in Saffron World (you do not have to complete the 'Super Hard' challenges).

Unlock Wario... Where? Challenges
The latest two challenges in Train Challenge mode are unlocked by completing all Paprika World challenges (excluding the Super Hard ones). They are the only challenges that have different graphics and pay homage to the WarioWare series.
