Fu-Ma Easy experience and gold
Note: This is a bit complicated. This trick uses the
editor. Learn to use it before using this information. Although
it is explained as a Fu-ma cheat, but is also usable in any RPG
Maker 2 game. This trick can be done at any point in the
game, even a brand new one. First see what monsters are in your
local area. This trick is only effective with The Hero, Cocona,
and Liao. None of the optional characters are allowed to gain
experience, and save games only hold temporary variables such
as your stats, items, and money. You cannot save a permanent
level change for an optional character unless you use own memory
(which is not recommended as three super characters should be
enough). First, open the editor and load the Fu-Ma game, using
the "Edit demo game" password. Open up the enemy (not
enemy action or enemy model) editor. Highlight and select one
of the local monsters in your area. If you are starting a new
game, use the mushrooms. Go to the "Custom" area of
the Enemy menu and select "Reward". Change the experience
or money reward to a high amount. Note: Do not exit the editor.
You cannot save the edited version unless you have your own memory
for it. Open the menu and bring up "Test Play". Select
"Load" to load your game, or select "Start"
if you are beginning a new game. Fight some of your editted enemies
a few times, and reap the rewards. Note: If all your characters
are low level and you give them enough experience to go up to
level 99, this will take a large amount of button presses. Also,
there is a way to exit test play with your rewards by using the
Book Of Records. Just save your game the load the game outside
of testing.
