Play as Makunouchi Rikishi
Successfully complete the game in Honbasho mode twice.

Play as Chiyonofuji Mitsugu
Select Oshiaigeiko mode and play through until you face Chiyonofuji Mitsugu. Defeat him to unlock him as a playable character in all modes except Honbasho mode.
