Press [Start] at the title screen to display the start and option selections. Press [B], [A], [B], [A]x2, [C], [A]x2, [Start].
Level select
Play through the game until reaching stage 2-4. Allow the introduction sequence for that stage to complete. After this point, you can hold [A] + [C] + [Left] and press [Start] at the title screen to display the level selection option.
