Secret Characters
Eneru (Crocodile's adventure mode) - Get Eneru as your ally in the Jaya area and win a battle using him.
Mihawk (Chaser's adventure mode) - After recruiting Mihawk win a battle using him.
Mr. 2 Bon Clay (Crocodile's adventure mode) - Get Mr. 2 as your ally and win a battle using him.
Nico Robin (Luffy's adventure mode) - Get her as your ally at the end and win a battle using her.
Ohm (Crocodile's adventure mode) - Get Ohm as your ally in the Jaya area and win a battle using him.
Shanks (Buggy's adventure mode) - Recruit Shanks and then win a battle using him.
Trace (Buggy's adventure mode) - Recruit him in Drum Island then win a battle using him.
Chaser (Chaser's adventure mode) - Level him up, and after you unleash his Secret Attack.
Kuina (Chaser's adventure mode) - Continue to level her up, and once you unleash her Secret Attack.

Unlock Buggy
To unlock Buggy as a Captain in Adventure Mode, in Luffy's Adventure Mode, defeat Crocodile in Alubarna on the Alabasta Kingdom Sea Area, and recieve the rank "Top Pirate in Town", and before or after the credits, you will recieve Buggy as a Playable Captain in Adventure Mode.

Unlock Crocodile
To unlock Crocodile as a playable captain in Adventure Mode, in Luffy's Adventure Mode, defeat Crocodile in Alubarna on the Alabasta Kingdom Sea Area Map, and after you defeat him, get the rank "Top Pirate on the Island". Before or after the credits, you will recieve Crocodile as a Playable Captain in Adventure Mode.

Unlock Ussop
To unlock Ussop as a Captain in adventure Mode, defeat the final boss in Luffy's, Buggy's, Crocodile's, AND Chaser's Adventure Modes. After the credits of the last Adventure Mode(No order is required), you will unlock Ussop as a Playable Captain. In Ussop's Adenture Mode, you can use make a team of ANY Pirates you have unlocked.

Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding costume:

Chopper player two costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Santa Hat" by defeating Ace (Trace) with Chopper at a Wrecked Ship in the Graveyard of Ships.
Chopper player three costume - In Ussop Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Polo Shirt" by defeating Chopper in 20 counts at Pepper Village in the Drum Kingdom Sea Area.
Chopper player four costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Panda T-shirt" by defeating Nico Robin with Chopper at Erumalu in Alabasta Kingdom Sea area.
Luffy player two costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Pirate Coat" by defeating Crocodile the first time at Alubarna in the Alabasta Kingdom Sea area with a super attack.
Luffy player three costume - In Ussop Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Baseball Uniform" by defeating Luffy with more than 30% HP at Mustard Village in the Fusha Village Sea Area.
Luffy player four costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Cool Shades" by defeating Buggy with an item at Orange Village in the Orange Village Sea area.
Nami player two costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Yellow T-shirt" by defeating Buggy at Vermillion Town in Jaya Sea Area with Nami.
Nami player three costume - In Ussop Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Cheerleader" by defeating Nami with more than 70% HP at Coco Village in the Roguetown Sea Area.
Nami player four costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Fashionable Sunglasses" by defeating Chaser at Navy Base No.64 in the Inshore Alabasta Kingdom area.
Robin player two costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "White Hat" by defeating Ohm the first time at the Ruins in Skypiea.
Robin player three costume - In Ussop Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Kimono" by defeating Nico Robinwith more than 50% HP at Misty Peak in the Drum Kingdom Sea area.
Sanji player two costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Gaudy Shirt" by defeating Don Krieg at Vinegar Village in the Jaya Sea area with Sanji.
Sanji player three costume - In Ussop Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Soccer Uniform" by defeating Sanji without jumping at Carmine Town in the Orange Sea Area.
Sanji player four costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Necklace" by defeating Chopper at Big Horn in the Drum Kingdom Sea area with Sanji.
Ussop player two costme - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "White Bandana" by defeating Kuro at Mock Town in the Jaya Sea area.
Ussop player three costme - In Ussop Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Chestpiece" by defeating Usopp without getting knocked down at Sirup Village in the Sirup Village Sea area.
Ussop player four costme - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Sunglasses" by defeating Nami at Coco Village without knocking her out.
Zolo player two costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Goggles" by defeating Arlong at Spice Village in the Jaya Sea area.
Zolo player three costume - In Ussop Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Judo Wear" by defeating Zolo with a super attack at Red Town in the Fusha Village Sea Area.
Zolo player four costume - In Luffy Adventure mode, collect the bonus item "Necklace" by staying alive for 30 counts against Hawk-eye Mihawk at Blue Town in the Syrup Village Sea area.
