Press [A] at the title screen and enter the options screen. Select practice mode and your characters. Position each fighter to stand face to face in the arena. Push [A] + [B] on both controllers. The fighters will hold hands and try to push each other down. Rapidly tap [A], [B], and [C] to push the other player.
Hidden options
Press [A] + [B] + [C] at the title screen.
