In the new Stormgiant settlement, complete the Stormhelm, Stormshield, Stormarmor and Stormhammer quests -- this will give you the item of the same name, which destroys a random column under certain parameters.
Obtain all four items and you will gain the Stormfriend awards, which adds +2 Battle.
