on the options screen. A screen that will allow level selection
and invincibility will appear. Switch the "INVUL" option
to "On" for invincibility. Once the game has started,
pause game play and press [B], [A]x2, [B], [A]x2.
Level skip
Pause game play, then quickly press [B], [A]x2,
[B], [A]x2.
