Cheat mode
Press [Start] at the title screen. Press [Y],
[A], [R], [A], [B], [A] as Rocky begins
to run across the screen. The "Extra Mode" screen will
appear, allowing various game options to be adjusted. Set the
"Continues" option to "?" for unlimited continues.
