Press [Left], [Up], [Right], [Down]x2, [Right]x2, [Up], [R] at the title screen while the phrase "Press Start Button" is displayed. The words "Betsy's Room" will appear. Press [Up] and [Down] to choose a stage.
Final stage
Enable the "Stage select" code. Instead of pressing [Up] or [Down] to select a stage, press [Left], [Right]x2, [Up], [Right]x2, [Up], [Down], [Right]x2, [Up], [R]. Then, press [Up]x2 to display the "Last Boss" option on the stage selection screen.
