Unlock all hidden characters
Highlight the "Bonus" selection at the main
menu and press [Select]x2. Highlight the "Director"
selection at the main menu and press [Select]x4. Highlight
the "Practice" selection at the main menu and press
[Select]. Highlight the "Arcade" selection at the
main menu and press [Select]x5. Garuda, Shadow Geist, Kairi,
and Hayate will be unlocked. Note: Proceed to each menu selection
directly without going through a selection that is not part of
the code. Note: Press [Start] instead of [Select] in
the Japanese version of the game.
Bonus games
Highlight the "Bonus" selection at the main
menu and press [Select]x5. Highlight the "Option"

Unlock vs. Vega II

menu and press [Select]x13. Highlight the "Director"
selection at the main menu and press [Select]x4. Highlight
the "Bonus" selection at the main menu and press [Select]x13.

Fight as Garuda
Complete the combo sets up grade D on each character
up to Vega/M. Bison. Then, advance through Vega's/M. Bison's combo
set until a message that states that a hidden character has been
enabled appears. You do not need to finish all the whole combo
sets to get Garuda.
Fight as Shadow Geist
Complete Garuda's combo set. A message will confirm
correct code entry.
Fight as Kairi
Complete Shadow Geist's combo set. A message will confirm
correct code entry.
Fight as Hayate
Complete Kairi's combo set. A message will confirm
correct code entry.
Fight as Vega without mask
Select Vega at the character selection screen, then
hold "LP" + "MK" + [HP] while the game loads the
stage.
Maniac mode
Complete Vega's/M. Bison's combo set to unlock the
"Maniac mode" option on the practice menu. A message
will confirm correct code entry.
Extra bonus game modes
Complete Hayate's combo set. A message will confirm
correct code entry. An "Extra Bonus Game Mode" option
will be unlocked with arcade mode, excel break and satellite fall.
