More traction when landing
Hold the throttle and brake simultaneously when landing a jump to get more traction. This should allow you to pull away from the CPU riders a little quicker. This saved time can add up at the end of the race.

Bonus points
Run over the rabbits that appear on the track to get 7500 points. Run through the snowmen to get 100 points. Destroy signs to get 50 points.

Hard Pack: Find the coyote
When you get to the Hard Pack level, you will find a big ramp. As you go up it, you will see a coyote howling. Immediately turn left in the middle of the ramp and follow the path going up to the bridge, then make a hard right. You will see a coyote and you can drive right up to it.

Kodiak Canyon: Find the bear
Go to Kodiak Canyon to get onto the bear platform. Ride up the part of the wall where the snow makes a ramp, then you can ride up to the bear.

Kodiak Canyon: Shortcut
Go to the shortcut by the bumps. Go up it, then go to the little bank that goes by the wall. There should be a little ramp there. Jump it, and you should go on to a secret shortcut.
