Remove all memory cards from the PlayStation before
starting the game. Hold [L1] + [L2] + [R1] + [R2],
Press [Circle], [Up], "X "at the main menu"."
Keep [L1] + [L2] + [R1] + "R2 held at the ""Memory
card not found" screen and press [Square], [Down],
[Left], [Right], "Square." The message "Oh
Yeah" will be heard to confirm correct code entry. The level
selection screen will now be displayed.
