Level select
Press [L1], [L2], [R1], [R2], [X], [Circle], [Start] at the main menu.
Bonus box selection
Pause game play when the bonus boxes are being collected at the end of level 1. Press [Up], [Down], [Square] to change the type of bonus box. Repeat the code to cycle through all the available bonus boxes.
