Go to The King of Fighters NEST Collection menu, choose The King of Fighters 2001 and at the Characters Selection screen go to random box and press:
Go to ??? box and press [Right] 2 times - Final Boss IGNIZ.
Go to ??? box and press [Right] - First Boss ZERO.
