Cheat mode
Open Vcop2.ini and in the [GameSetting] section, add the line "Extra = 2" (without the quotes). This should open up the cheats in the Mode menu.

Infinite continues
For infinite continues in Free Play, open Vcop2.ini and replace the line "Continue = X" with "Continue = 10"

Last Boss
Rapidly shoot the small arrow pointing at the first stage at the stage selection screen until the timer reaches zero.
