Save the game after collecting an item. Restore the game and collect the same item again.

Save the game immediately before using a key. Unlock a door, and restore the game. The key will remain in inventory and the door will be unlocked.
No starvation
The "Julian is starving" messages may be ignored after over 100 vitality points have been accumulated.
