Hold [A] + [C] and press [Start] on the select screen.
Bonus players
Hold [A] + [C] and press [Start] at the player selection screen.
Super players
Create a player and select any position except for goalie. Set all attributes to "79", except "Checking" or "Aggression" which should be "56", and one other attribute which should be set to "78". A player rated at "99" will be created after the he is selected for a team.
