Card password system
To gain access go to Grandfather's Card Shop (two screens down from the clocks square), go to the computer (little black thing) on the very right side of the room. You will be asked if you wish to enter a password for the price of 1,000 Domino. Say "Yes" and enter a eight digit password. This can give you access to some very powerful cards.
Note: If you enter a password at the password terminal, the card you will get will not be in the trunk. It will end up in Yugi's Grandfather card shop.

Dark Flare Knight and Mirage Knight
If you discard Dark Flare Knight (Pyro/Warrior) from your hand, a Mirage Knight (Dream/Warrior) will immediately be summoned to the field. This does not count as a normal summon -- you can summon another monster. At the start of your opponent's turn, he will turn into a Flame Swordsman (Pyro/Warrior) and a Dark Magician (Shadow/Spellcaster) on the field.
God Phoenix Ra
After the Paradox Challenge, go to Grandpas shop and enter "51404976". Then, go to Egypt. Odion will say that you found the secret to Pheonix Ra. Marik will then change The Winged Dragon of Ra into Phoenix mode.
Hint Odion
When you finally reach Egypt, you will see Odion. He will greet you, then you will be asked two questions about why are you there. Select the one where it says to come back later. Then. Joey will get mad and Marik will say "Let them in". You now do not have to duel him. However, if you choose "Let's duel" you can.
Slifer
To get Slifer, go to the Domino Station. Talk to the people that are guarding the entrance. Tag team with Yugi or Joey, then go on the train. Talk to everyone twice and defeat the person that is standing in front of the next car. Defeat the person that comes up to you. Exit the train. Go into the Egyptian exhibit. Talk to the person standing in front of the stairwell. Go down the stairs and challenge the person to a duel. If you defeat him, he will give you the Millennium Necklace. Go back to Domino City and talk to Ishizu. Go to the Domino pier and go into the boat. Talk to Mai and defeat Jean Claude Magnum in a duel. Mai will open the door to the cargo hold. Challenge the person there to a duel. If you defeat him, he will give you the Millennium Key. Go back to Domino City and talk to Ishizu and she will use the two Millennium items to resurrect Slifer the Sky Dragon.
After receiving the Millennium Necklace and the Millennium Key, talk to Ishizu and she will give Yugi the Egyptian God Card. However, Yugi does not want it. He will say that it belongs to Yami Yugi. The Egyptian God Card then ends up in your trunk.
Vampire Lord
He has an ATK of 2,000 and DEF of 1,500. He may not be extremely strongm, but he can never be destroyed very easily. He can return every time it is your turn. For example, if you draw him and have no monsters to defend your LP, just discard him to the graveyard. When it is your turn, he will return to the field.
Slifer The Sky Dragon
After you have rescued Ishizu from the ghouls, your Egyptian God card will turn back into the card, and so will Obelisk.
The effect of Slifer is the following, where "X" equals the number of cards in your hand.

Tristan
Sometimes when you defeat Tristan, he will give you a low amount of money. However, he sometimes will give you rare cards (that cost a lot in Yugi's Grandfather card shop). For example, he may give you Monster Reborn , Pot Of Greed , Megamorph , Invisible Wire , Beckon into the Darkness , Breath Of Light , and Stain Storm .
Vampire Lord
If Vampire Lord is in the Graveyard, hope that your opponent will not use Monster Reborn or Gravedigger Ghoul to send it out of play. Vampire Lord must be in the Graveyard, and not out of play. If your opponent uses Monster Reborn to bring back Vampire Lord, try to use the following cards to send him back to the Graveyard.

Wing Dragon Of Ra
Note: This trick requires Wing Dragon Of Ra (Phoenix mode). When you have it in your hand, press [B] to pull up the "Discard" option. Choose it when it happens. The Wing Dragon Of Ra (battle mode) will be summoned automatically. This is a very good way to defeat opponents quickly and efficiently.
Last Neo Ghoul
After you have defeated all of the Neo Ghouls at Domino, there is just one remaining. He is at Kaiba Corp.; the duelist that uses the Exodia cards to defeat Joey.
Hall Of Eternity
To unlock this elite arena you must defeat Reshef or the last Boss of the game. Let the credits complete, turn off the game, then continue. Underneath the Domino Town will be the Hall Of Eternity, featuring the following duelists: Noha, Shadi, Pegasus, Kaiba, Yami Yugi, Dark Joey, and Yami Bakura.
Easy wins
Use the following trick to always draw the cards you need to win a duel. Whenever you face an opponent, on the "Ante Selection" screen just before the duel starts, press [B]. Do not move up or down or it will not work. When asked "Exit without an Ante Card?", highlight "Yes", but do not select it yet. Hold [R], [L], then [Select] (in that order), and press [A] repeatedly while holding those buttons until it is your turn. Note: You may only need to press [A] once afterwards, depending on who went first. When all the ATK and DEF points of all the monsters in your hands are displayed, release all three buttons and begin the duel. Notice that you have a very good hand, and will usually draw the cards you need to make a comeback, if one is necessary. If you do not, then you are already holding a card that can help you. This is especially useful against Rare Hunters as they already have an advantage over you with just about all monsters with 1200+ ATK points, without even tributing while you have monsters ranging from 300 ATK to 1000 ATK without tributing. When you do tribute, the highest attack you will ever get is about 2500 with two tributes, and about 1500 with one tribute. As for the Rare Hunters, they get all monsters with 2000+ ATK from one tribute, and 3000+ ATK points from two. There is one card that only a select few Rare Hunters have that has 2600 ATK points and is only at level 4 -- Nuvia The Wicked.
Use the following trick to protect your weak monsters until you can sacrifice them. Get a weak monster, a card such as Invisible Wire, and a stronger tribute monster (level 5 or 6) on your first turn. Play the trap face down, put the monster in ATK mode, and hold onto the tribute monster. Wait for your opponent to attack your DEF monster and your trap will destroy it automatically. Then on your turn, tribute it and play a strong card.
Summon a Doron or a Revival Jam, then use their effects to multiply. Sacrifice them for a strong monster.
Hint: Winning the Duel Express Tournament:
While in the Duel Express Tournament, you will not be able to recover life points until you defeat Panik. Do not duel the minor Duelists in the other cars. Just duel the following people to progress and make sure not to lose life points too much during each duel:
Two guards that challenge you when you enter
Train ticket collector
Passenger car guard (in first car)
Panik
After this you will end up at the Egypt Exhibit, where you must duel someone (who shares a familiar appearance to Shadi) to gain the Millennium Necklace.
Better cards at start
To get rare cards such as Spellbinding Circle, Exodia Pieces, and Kunai with Chain, enter Grandpa's Shop at the beginning of the game and keep dueling Joey and Yugi (by pressing [R]). They are fairly easy to defeat, but do not let them keep a card on the field for more than one turn or they will summon a stronger monster to replace it.
Dueling
If you go to Yugi's house or Yugi's Grandpa card shop you can duel Joey or Yugi.
Duel Rebecca Hopkins
To duel Rebecca, at the beginning of the game go to Kaiba Corporation. She will be arguing with Seto and Mokuba about how he ripped her grandpa's Blue Eyes White Dragon. She is trying to get him to duel her. Then, Seto will say "Duel <name> and if you win, I'll duel you". She is difficult if you have not already defeated all the low level duelists in the area and beat Yugi and Joey frequently.
Exodia pieces
If you defeat Yugi Muto not Yami Yugi, you will likely to get an Exodia piece.
Divine type monsters
When a Divine type monster is in play, no other monster type can defeat it. The only way to defeat a Divine monster is by using a stronger monster with an ATK higher that the enemy monster, or by using the following cards.

Hall of Eternity duelists
The Hall of Eternity duelists are, clockwise from the top: Paradox (you may know him as Simon Muran), Sol Chevalsky (Maximillion Pegasus), Seto Kaiba, Dark Joey (when he is controlled by Marik), Yami Bakura, Yami Yugi, Yami Marik, Noah Kaiba, and Shadi. Each of them are available to duel, and most of them start with 30000 LP minimum and range to 60000 LP. These duels are very challenging; consider constructing your deck very well.
Duelists that will help
When the Neo Ghouls have captured Ishizu, defeat the Ghouls that surround your house and Espa will help you. The Duelist that will help you defeat the Neo Ghouls are the following people, with their locations.

However, the other two God cards that you worked so hard for will be transformed back in to stone. Slifer The Sky Dragon and Obelisk The Tormentor will become stone statues once again.

He will take the Millennium Scale and ask you to fork over all of the Millennium Items that you worked so hard for. When you see him, this is what he will say:

Glitch: Misspelling
In the instruction manual, on page 33 is a card that is spelled incorrectly. That that monster is number 360, which appears as "Sera The Mant" instead of "Zera The Mant".
