Enter "Simpsons" as a team name on the create a team menu. You will then have no control over creating the rest of your team. The team does not consist of the actual Simpsons characters, but are instead named after other people.

All weapons
Get all gold in the missions to unlock a bonus mode that gives you all weapons in the game.
